Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Orrin Hatch of Utah, Jeff Flake of Arizona and Mark Kirk of Illinois have stated that they intend to vote “yes” on confirmation. There are currently 46 members of the Democrat Caucus in the Senate, so she will have at least 51 votes and be confirmed.

Two Congress Critters walk into a Bar and sit down.
