The problem is, once the problem is admitted to, the line of plaintiff attorneys will form on the left and not end for about six years. Ask BP how that feels.
BP deserves it. Blue Bell doesn’t.
What BP started five years ago this very day is still being paid for by many, many innocent people in the oil industry as well as the consumer though that is hard to see now.
The oil industry is getting part of the punishment BP deserves and that would not be enough.
