Monday on Newmax TV’s “America’s Forum,” political commentator Dick Morris said the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPA) fast track being supported by many Republicans has a provision that allows for the “free flow of workers” between countries, essentially creating a backdoor to “unrestricted immigration.” Morris said, “This is huge. I hope everybody listening takes action call your senator about it. If he is a Republican he is voting wrong.

It means literally that congress would not have the authority to restrict immigration because a treaty supersedes a statute under our constitution.”

Then in a way it is more dangerous even if it isn't ratified. The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties holds that a treaty is binding upon signature, not just of the President, but ANY public offal designated as representing the nation in the negotiations. Needless to say, the Senate never ratified the Vienna Convention, but the US has been abiding by it ever since as "customary international law." Hence, it is yet another unconstitutional legislative mechanism by the executive branch.
Heck, we haven’t had a Congressional Branch for 6 years.
TPP and all the other corrupt trade pacts that have crushed the USA are a direct result of crooked politicians of both Parties who are in the bag to and favor big global business over US sovereignty and the USA Constitution.
Corporatists are not conservatives. Corporatists are the enemy because they put their profits and money ahead of the USA.
