Ahh, but will they play him? Or will he be in the bench?

Let’s hope Tebow get a real shot at it this time.

Chip Kelly is no dummy. He saw something in Tebow he liked and is not PC in the least.

QB should be just another position. A serious team doesn't need the world's greatest athlete at QB and the world's greatest athlete at QB won't save a non-serious team; the recent history of the Washington Deadskins demonstrates that.
What you do want for QB any more is somebody tall enough to throw over linemen, smart, tough, and rugged with a good arm. Tebow has all of that.

Sheridan keeps talking about how Kelly is in the hunt for Marcus Mariota. Does he really think that Philadelphia can move from number 20 to number 2 without giving up Lawrence Welk-type draft picks?

If Belichick, the best coach in the NFL over the past 15 years, doesn't see an NFL quarterback in Tebow, then that would seem to settle the issue. Belichic was proven right.
"Since then, Tebow, out side of the NFL, has under gone intensive QB passing training to make him a thrower that could compete in the NFL.
Looks like he will get another chance.
I hope it works out for him. - Tom

When Kelly got rid of Jackson last year I had a feeling he was going to get rid of players that created drama (bad drama)for the club.
We will see who he picks up in the draft (look to Oregon ),
Kelly is planning long term.

If Bradford’s pins (aka knees) last thru August, I’ll be truly surprised. At least Tebow has a more recent playoff resume than the Iggles, so he’s got that going for him.

I think some plays ,ie, the basic halfback pass/run option.
I hope he makes it.

Reason for signing in two words: Riley Cooper, Tebow’s favorite target at University of Florida.

If I remember correctly, Belichick liked Tebow and wanted to work with him and keep him on. But only so many roster spots and roster spots are even harder to come by on a perennial championship team like the Patriots. Especially when you have a Hall of Fame QB that almost never leaves the field (except when the score is like 56-7) and has five good years left.
Even if Tebow did get to the #2 QB spot in New England, he'd be riding the bench into his 30s and hoping that Brady would break a leg.
Tebow's best bet is to land on a team where the QB spot is up for grabs. I wish him well with the Philadelphia Eagles.
