Your definition of cesspool and mine must differ.
I’ve been to Philly and I live in the Tampa Bay Area....
One is definitely a cesspool of corruption, union thuggery, crime and violence, the other a pretty nice small city with a large military population and friendly people....with the problems all cities face...
At least the fan base here are not a bunch of thugs and reprobates.... Who taunt players about their dead children...
