Eat or take these:

Chocolate
Salmon
Soy extract or cow brains
Walnuts
Soy extract supplement
Eggs
Magnesium in avocados, bananas, dark chocolate
Blueberries

Most of these are antioxidants or work to maintain nerve cell walls.

Eat your vegetables. Garlic, olive oil, turmeric, raw onions, scallions, parsley, hot peppers, cruciferous veggies, tomatoes—simple as that.

Sure thing. I will translate this technical document for you.

Let’s start of with the more difficult nutrients first.

4) “Walnut” - A very difficult technical term. In common English the term ‘walnut’ translates into ‘walnut’.

8) “Blueberries” - Another tricky technical term. In common English, the term ‘blueberries’ translates into ‘blueberries’

I hope I have helped you.

There are not many of use technical types familiar with these two exotic nutrients.

Grin.
