About 300 US paratroopers have arrived in Ukraine to train the Ukrainian National Guard which is fighting pro-Russian rebels in the east, the US army said in a statement.
The troops from the 173rd Airborne Brigade arrived on Tuesday and Wednesday in Yavoriv, western Ukraine, to spend six months training three battalions of Ukrainian troops, said the statement dated Thursday.

>>He needs to take the advice of Ted Cruz, and do more
But he won’t.
He’ll only do what’s necessary to maintain the theatrical fig leaf that distracts the sheeple from his collusion with the Russians in the Middle East.
Obama promised Medvedev/Putin flexibility, and is delivering it.
how many million Armenians were killed by turks...why aren’t you concerned by what the turks did upon being reminded by the pope?
Russia hasnt invaded Ukraine. Yet. If they do it will be all over before we can react.
But feel free to continue to call them liars and impinge the honor of the US military on a conservative website, FRiend.
there may be a Russia....but the last time I looked there wasn’t currently a ‘Soviet’.
I see you have learned your Alinsky well
So you want Obama to do more?
Then you approve of Cruz calling to sell weapons to Ukraine and Obama, and Canada, and Britain sending in trainers for Ukrainian forces, I guess we can assume.
Our defensive measures also include creating a new Spearhead reaction force and moving troops and equipment East, so I assume you also support all of these actions by us and our allies, and nations like Finland and Sweden.
There is no ridicule in my post, you ridicule yourself as you play games, which is it, do you want Obama to take a stronger stand, or a weaker one?
>>Then you approve of Cruz
Cruz isn’t president.
Comrade Flexible is - and I don’t need a Weatherman to see which way his wind blows.
he's a loose cannon. I want him to do nothing for the rest of his term....he can not be trusted with our military
So you want him not only to be weaker, but to do nothing at all to interfere with Putin’s plans.
We already know that from reading your posts, they are very supportive of the Russian invasion and against us and NATO.
>>there may be a Russia....but the last time I
>>looked there wasnt currently a Soviet.
The titles in the NewSpeak Dictionary may have changed - but the nature of the Oprichni Orthodox state-establishing ideology hasn’t.

Same ol’ shyte, different municipal toilet.
So another supporter of Putin, and a desire for America and NATO to be even weaker in response.
>>So another supporter of Putin,
No, another American who doesn’t trust Obama.
>>he can not be trusted with our military...
...unless you happen to be a Russian to whom he’s promised “flexibility”.
How should we interpret current events in the context of that promise?
what I want is congress to impeach and take any and all choices away from the marxist usurper
if he must exert power, let him attack ISIS training camps in Mexico, kick out illegal aliens and back Israel so they can attack Iran without repercussions.
but he wont do those these things....he needs to be ousted by congressional legal means or otherwise.
you need to look closer to home for problems.
A good start.
No, another Putin supporter whose complaint about Obama’s dealing with Putin is not that it is too weak, but that it is too strong, and someone that continues to ignore the total NATO response so that he can keep saying “Obama” over and over, in an attempt to avoid stating his true position.
That doesn’t work when your criticism of Obama, is that he needs to be weaker in responding to Russia.
Good gravy, Russkies, if the USA wanted a freezing cold tundra with some resources we'd just invade Canada./s
