'Her bill was $20 and some change, and they paid with $21 and left,' Charles Wright, manager of the Maumee, Ohio, restaurant, told Bloomberg. To be fair, multimillionaire 'Clinton didn't pay' for the meal, according to Wright. 'The other lady paid the bill,' he said, referring to Abedin, the vice chairwoman of Clinton's campaign. She was spotted standing next to Clinton in security camera footage released by the Toledo-area store.

Places like Chipotle, Starbucks usually have a “tip” jar but no waiter. They don’t wait on me so I don’t tip.

In her defense, I don’t see why people are expected to pay tips at self-serve counters. It irks me.
However, since there was a tip jar there and she is a multi-millionaire and is running for office, it is very bad optics to not leave a tip.
Feminists are not pro-woman.
People should not feel compelled to tip anyone because they rang up an order. Table service is a totally different matter.

I haven't watched the video, just saw a clip of her sitting at a table talking to one of the supposed “common people”. However, as hard as I try to imagine, I can not fathom Hillary Clinton standing in a line anywhere, waiting for service. Even going into a fast food restaurant, my guess is that she always receives table service. It is the nature of the beast.
She probably hasn't handled paper money since 1992. I doubt she even knows what a modern $20 bill looks like.
