I would love it if Cruz picked just the right moment in the debate, and restated this verbatim

Cruz is going to do very well in debates, and that is why Hillary will do all she can to avoid them.....You can bet the Clinton Machine will “assign” just the right host to make it easy for her...and perhaps even to cut off Cruz.
However the team he has knows well how the Clinton’s operate and I’m sure as much as possible will be prepared with whatever is necessary.
If we allow any more Candy Crowleys to moderate, we deserve to lose. Cruz like you indicated is too smart for this.
