An Oklahoma man's last few moments alive after he was accidentally shot last week by a deputy who meant to stun him with a Taser is seen in disturbing video released by police Friday.
"He shot me! He shot me, man. Oh, my god. I'm losing my breath," Eric Harris says as he struggles on the ground with police on top of him.
"F--- your breath," an officer can be heard saying. "Shut the f--- up!"
Reserve Deputy Robert Bates, 73, shouted "Taser! Taser!" before pulling the trigger on his gun, firing one round into Harris.
"I shot him!" the shocked former policeman says, dropping his gun from the recoil. "I'm sorry."
In the video, provided to the New York Daily News, a body-cam captures an officer in a foot pursuit of Harris who is subsequently tackled in the street.

Got it. :)
You clearly implied I only cared about the cop in this case. I never said or suggested that.
Then you attempted to mock what you imagined my position was here.
No I did not. I objected to your name calling
Yes you did. Shall I post the entire exchange again? Just let me know and I will post it over and over if need be.
You make these baseless reckless snide comments and now you claim to be some kind of victim of name calling?
Enough already.
Yup.
This police officer and this department needs to made an example of.
You pull a trigger you had better be 100 percent correct or you should go into the pen and never come back. Period. Cop or crook or anyone else.
People with badges and the authority of the State behind them do NOT deserve the benefit of the doubt.
Unless it's black on white crime/killing....or crimes/killing of the police.
IF..that is what happened.
Agreed...
Thank Bob434.
Sorry, your comment about one good cop in twenty years makes it impossible for me to take you serious.
You have no idea how many calls officers have, where nothing happens except a tense situation is made better.
You idea of community policing is nutty. What do you think police departments are?
The police chief answers to another leader in the community, and ultimately a person runs for office. They answer to the public.
Once again, if you open this up to communities, you have a power grab. One person in the community has power and everyone else answers to him. Since his group has the power, he can’t be removed.
You have feuds, running battles, essentially anarchy from day to day.
Thank you for what I am sure is your considered opinion. Since you disdain to engage in discourse about this subject, but choose to vilify my opinion, let us have no more to do with this.
.357 revolver
Many of them have no respect for anyone except other cops.
You might as well say that except for going to school, those kids who were shot, wouldn’t have been shot.
Couldn’t agree more.
