Substitute the ramen with rice, beans and some greens, although I would go with the ramen.
At Aldi’s Food Store, the current prices are about 1/2 of what you have listed.
Last time I was there (2 weeks ago), eggs were 90¢ per dozen, milk was $2.39/gal, bread $1.00, etc. Those are not ‘sale’ prices, but everyday prices.
Every gets a little easier as you go because you don’t have to buy items like ketchup or ramen noodles every week. Not to mention you’ll have some pork chops left over.
