Disturbing video filmed on Thursday April 9, 2015 by local news KNBC Channel 4 in Los Angeles captures a group of San Bernardino County sheriffs deputies beating a man after he had clearly surrendered. The man's name is Francis Pusok and he led police on a horseback pursuit. He clearly has his hands spread on the ground, and you can even see one of the cops kick him right in the groin, before proceeding on a full assault on the man.
It appears that Sheriff’s and police chiefs are starting to understand that it is less painful for them to investigate and prosecute corrupt law enforcement officers than cover it up.
yes,and they are going to leave jessie james to watch the bank.
Even the horse knows not to run.
He’s wanted for identity theft. Give him another kick in the groin for me.
If?
These guy are done and will be charged criminally.
Law enforcement seem to be totally out of control.
I’d bet the rent they never saw or heard the news chopper orbiting above the Sheriff Department chopper.
Well that has nothing to do with this story.
The suspect was spread eagle and even had his hands being his back while laying face down when they walked up and started the gang beating.
One, maybe two, are. But the other two look white to me.
That's not what happened.
The suspect had stopped running and was totally complying when the gangland beating started.
No there is not. We all know why.
Yep, it seems they're treating citizens like a GD occupying enemy combatants.
This is what you'd expect in some Mid-Eastern country.
These are are agents of the government, with a comply or die mentality. Obey or else. In this case he complied and was nearly gang beat to death anyway. This will only get worse.
It seems you're not very observant. The suspect was not running when he was gang beat by the deputies. This gang beating could have easily killed the suspect.
The suspect was 100% complying at the time he was attacked.
Watch the video Mr. Sgt...
Why he was totally complying? It seems the cops here don't need laws, courts or judges. Why bother with all that right Mr. Sgt?
Maybe we should cut his hands off to real show him who the real authority is.
After the gang beating maybe they should have put him in a cage and lit the man on fire like they do in Ustinkistan? You know, those the rest of these people who's boss.
What do ya think Mr. Sgt?
Thanks.
That’s the story of my life: “Close, but no cigar.” ;oD
Once he ran, and made the cops chase him, and miss their stop at Dunkin’, they were bringing an @$$whuppin’ WITH ‘em!
I’m not taking up for the fuzz, man. I’m just telling you how it goes down. Once the perp RUNS, his butt is THEIRS! He doesn’t GET a do-over!
Sadly if these departments do not start prosecuting these officers you are going to see increasingly more officers killed in retaliation. The police and politicians can preach calm and respect the law until they are blue in the face but eventually human nature is going to take over and it will be blood for blood.
I hate that it has come to this but either the police have to start policing their own and reigning this crap in or the public will turn on them and then all hell breaks loose for the police and the public. We need the police but we need those officers held to the same standards as they hold the citizens they are supposed to serve.
The suspect was not running and was totally complying when he was violently gang beat.
This will not only cost the citizens of this bankrupt county millions more but will also make the suspect rich, and the deputies in this matter will be charged criminally.
It seems we no longer need judges or courts and can probably save hundreds of billions if we just get rid of the entire criminal justice system.
Apparently the government no longer cares that the trust in government widespread and escalating. Apparently those in government have failed to understand the only reason they have any power and authority at all is because the people who pay them allow them to have that authority.
Apparently government has not only ignored history but have failed to understand if the trust and faith is ever completely lost, they’ll be the first to head for the tall grass. They clearly do not understand what can happen.
