You make a good point. Dubya should be speaking out and defending the interests of this country, but that’s not going to happen. He is too content being on the sidelines and continuing to be a punching bag for Left. Its really pathetic to watch.

I don’t think it’s being content so much as it is he just won’t dishonor the office by mudslinging (i.e, Carter and Clinton).

I get your point, though. I really wish he would step up and point a finger.

W has lost my respect due to his silence.

He has many fine attributes, but this has been a time he should have been saying things that were true about this administration, and he maintains his silence while this country circles the drain in most every way.

I find that disturbing beyond words.

Look closely at the photo in Post#18. Dubya was respecting the Office and being too good a Christian, turning the other cheek.
