"...........In the most recent in a string of digs, the President this week slammed Walker for taking a foolish approach to the countrys nuclear negotiations with Iran, coolly suggesting the governor might benefit from taking some time to bone up on foreign policy.
When Walker signed in to law a controversial right to work bill in March, Obama called the state legislation anti-worker: Even as its governor claims victory over working Americans, Id encourage him to try and score a victory for working Americans, the President said in a statement.
And at the annual Gridiron dinner in Washington, it was a more self-deprecating joke at Walkers expense. Gov. Walker got some heat for staying silent when Rudy Giuliani said I dont love America, which I also think is a problem, Obama said. Think about it, Scott. If I did not love America, I wouldnt have moved here from Kenya.
Bill Daley, Obamas former chief of staff, said the Presidents criticism of Walker shows that Obama has a freer hand compared to earlier in his term.
I dont think the Presidents just going to sit there and be a punching bag for the next year or two for these characters, Daley said, warning that Republican candidates would try to outdo each other by being more outrageous in their attacks on the President.
Asked Tuesday whether the president has an issue with Walker, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said the recent digs were nothing personal.
But theres no doubt, as Im sure that even Governor Walker himself would be happy to tell you, that there are significant policy differences between the two men, Earnest told reporters at a White House press briefing. And there will be ample opportunity over the course of the next year or year and a half for us to discuss those differences...............

If Obama is against him, I’m for him.
Just saying.
The big fool has advice for everyone.
I guess setting the country up as a “punching bag” for all our enemies is just A-Okay with Barack.
O is against Bush as well so are you for him????
I stand with Ted
“O” needs a sphincter on his mouth
Said President Bushsfault
Scott Walker already hit back effectively at the Kenyan with both barrels.
I welcome a toe to toe between Scott and O
Bring on the popcorn
I’d like to see a Cruz Walker Non-Aggression Pact
Let me get this straight... All of King Putt’s ideological enemies must stand still while he uses them as a punching bag, but they cannot defend themselves lest they be called out as using the president for a punching bag.
Right...
If the left didn’t have double standards it wouldn’t have any standards at all!
I (strongly) wish Ted would come out much for American businesses in America.
While I strongly support Ted on many issues, he is thusfar not my first choice because he’s not (yet anyway) strongly advocating for American businesses.
I tend toward Ted, but I’m not 100% sold on him just yet.
Reason and logic have nothing to do with this man/infant.
For the primary debate period starting up shortly and all throughout next year’s election period...it’s the Republican candidate against President Obama (thanks to this commentary efforts like this). The Democrat primary runner will be stuck trying to defend the President and eventually tire of the fakeness he or she has to exert.
Even the news media will tire out trying to show some different type of Democratic President other than President Obama.
Obama can easily avoid that by resigning.
Like a really bad Jake Lassiter novel
Says the community organizer with absolutely no qualifications to be president, and after 7 years has made an absolute mess of everything he has touched.
Is obama running again? Against Walker?
