I don’t know what the Uber driver did .. but seeing his nationality, I suspect it was a set-up.YES!!! I am totally with you!!! The foreign driver took the time to identify the cop, followed him for days (with a fare in the back seat), until the cop tried to park without signalling, honked once, in order to provoke the cop into this overreaction!!!11!!
