Many or most fund-raisers are not set up by the same entities that are needing the money. So what? Since when has that been an issue? Since idiots have taken a stand against this family business, apparently.
What no one knows is what the actual outfit (the “charity” not the “funder outfit”) will take for THEIR OVERHEAD. Tjere is ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION for the what, when, where or how of the Disbursement. What we DO KNOW, without any questiont, is that the recipient will NOT RECEIVE the amount you sent in!
AND ... people can see for themselves on this funder page is that there is NO INFORMATION GIVEN for the what, when, where and how of the disbursement of funds to the recipient!
