Tjere is ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION for the what, when, where or how of the Disbursement. What we DO KNOW, without any questiont, is that the recipient will NOT RECEIVE the amount you sent in!
AND ... people can see for themselves on this funder page is that there is NO INFORMATION GIVEN for the what, when, where and how of the disbursement of funds to the recipient!
