Indiana Democratic leaders—and the White House—responded Tuesday to the ongoing controversy surrounding Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act and Gov. Mike Pence’s call for legislation to “clarify” the law.
Speaking at the Statehouse Tuesday afternoon, House Minority Leader Scott Pelath (D-Michigan City) and Senate Democratic Leader Tim Lanane (D-Anderson) called for a repeal of the law.

The average citizen of the state probably do not favor repeal. It is those living in the major city of Indianapolus...and I think they want it repealed more out of concern over loss of business than caring about homosexuals.

How about telling them to pound sand attack the Democrats for the smear campaign, especially the lady who called the 18 month old a racist, and sue the companies like Angie’s List, Apple, etc for preach of contract. Boycott the Companies that have bought the smear!

Or ask a Muslim restaurant or bakery owner to provide their products to a same sex couple that is really being over the top about ti and putting it in people’s faces, or just try to tel them they legally have to require service. Then sit back and enjoy the show.

14th Amendment, Section 1:All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Note that the expression “privileges and immunities” that John Bingham, the main author of Section 1, used in that section is just another way of indicating your constitutional rights, most of these enumerated rights in the Bill of Rights.
I know that somewhere there is some sort of news that trumps this crap but alas, we don’t hear it. Just he continual whining of the left.
