Sounds like the “No Controlling Legal Authority” Gore press conference. Lame.
The way I understand it the law gives the right to use religious beliefs as a defense if a person or business is sued for discrimination by the government or a private party. That's way different than what is being said - that the law allows discrimination against gays.
He looks weak and silly. Stay in Indiana, Mikey.......,
when will conservatives learn to stand up
**************
That has to be a rhetorical question. ;) I think the answer is obvious by now.
Having audio only here via XM satellite, his gasping was very noticeable.
Amen. Amen. AMEN!
He just keeps repeating himself in a totally defensive manner. No guts to tell it like it is.
Watching it is even more painful.
Well, do the governor’s words mean that the gay mafia can go out and demand service from religious businesses? Then when the business suggests that they go to XYZ for the services they want, the gay mafia gets to sue the first business for all their money?
He’s playing the media’s game instead of his own. Amazing.
He reminds me of GWB in his mannerisms, sans the smirk and nervous chuckle.
Exactly!!!
He’s toast if he runs for re-election, he won’t get any votes from the people he’s caving to, and he just pissed off his base.
This press conference has gone on about 20 minutes too long.
And after Ted Cruz stuck his neck out for the guy.
Yep. You can only say “This law does not give businesses the right to discriminate” so many times.
Its really a pathetic display of weakness IMO. He has no idea what he’s doing. The more he says, the more it will be picked apart and distorted. The media feeds on stuff like this.
Get off the stage you BIG DOPE!!!
I don’t think he’s doing so badly. He is defending the law. Let’s see if it takes the wind of the sails of the leftist smear artists. I like that he calls out those who smeared the law. Also, the coverage is starting to turn against the memes of the gaystapo, which is another good thing.
Just got it, a bit late
