Goldbach, Lubitz? Muslim?

Semitic perhaps but not Isamic names

Lubitz and Goldbach are German language place names. Typically so.

Austro-Hungarian Empire required use of family/last names. A lot of people just used a place name associated with their family.

One need not be "Semitic" to be a Muslim. Bosnia, Albania, Indonesia, etc. Furthermore, just as in the United States, many Europeans convert to Islam.

My question is, "Has young Andreas perhaps come under the influence of the ROP?" There are hints and rumors a-plenty, but no factually reliable demonstrated connection ...yet.

At this stage of the investigations, there are many more questions than answers.
