This is another Casey Anthony case. To believe in her innocence, you have to believe that a suspect who repeatedly lied to the police, lied to the press, lied to prosecutors and destroyed evidence is magically "confused," but not really guilty of anything.
Imho, the age and appearance of the accused worked in their favour. I believe that this is why Anthony was found not guilty, which was a miscarriage of justice. Time will tell regarding Knox.
