Theres something interesting going on online. Just go to Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ and search for Ted Cruz, #TedCruz2016″ or Ted Cruz candidate. Do you notice something?
Thats right, peoples heads are truly exploding.
Many conservative activists are celebrating Cruzs official announcement that hell run for president. They believe hes just what they and the rest of America need: a principled, small-government conservative who sticks to his guns no matter what...
But why are leftists heads exploding as well? Ive got no doubt I know the answer: they fear him. Tremendously even. He is everything they oppose: a true, small-government conservative. And thats not all; hes also articulate, has a spine, and is highly educated. On top of all that, hes one of the few Republican politicians who are able to energize the conservative base. Thats the same group of voters who stayed home in 2012 and 2008, thereby handing the presidency to Obama.

Why do they (liberals) hate minorities?
I hope Cruz people are paying attention
He has a mind, a spine, balls, and moxie! And is unapologetic
Living in Obamaland for 6 years has made them even more erratic and unpredictable than when Bush was president.
Can't recall a new candidate for the presidency ever being given such attention.
Thats our american MSM, ever helpful *sshole subverters of democracy that they are.
The conservative base stayed home in the 2008?
REMEMBER...
Fro 7 years, the last has been telling us at ecery turn, that ANY criticism of the minority candidate is RACIST...
Now is the time to make them eat those words.
Right after Convocation today, a pre-med student, who is a Democrat, came up to me and shared his appreciation for Convocation and how we bring in such a diverse panel of speakers. He said that he appreciated the opportunity to hear from Sen. Cruz so close to his announcement to run for president. He appreciated that Liberty was chosen as a platform for such a prominent moment. The student told me that he enjoyed the speech and even found some common ground with Senator Cruz on many issues.”

For McCain? Yeah, some of them did. He was worse than Romney - but Romney suffered from the problem of two duds in a row.
...and he didn’t need a telepromtper.
Call the illegals wambulance. Ask what you can do for America
For Palin? That’s who motivated me in 2008.
Just wait until he brings his Dad out onto the trail.
The class envy crowd will choke on their own vomit.
Gotta go get some popcorn.
:*)
Palin kept the defections to a minimum, that’s for sure. But McCain was a big turn off to the base on his own merit.
Actually his dad has been working the trail with him
Be it as it may ... I think Ted brought them around
In their minds, anything liberals don’t like has no claim to permanancy - even if it is a 230 year old constitutional right or principle.
But they believe any law, regulation, program or policy their elected democrats put in place is sacrosanct - Settled Law - and should not, can not, be changed by other elected officials who come along later.
Liberals cheer on the democrats they elect to congress and the White House as they spend their entire terms tearing down our culture and constitutional institutions and institute unconstitutional laws and regulations to create a liberal, socialist government dictatorship.
But when a man like Cruz promises to restore law, order, fairness, and the constitution as our guiding principles they go berserk.
I was watching three different local news channels earlier. All three get their national stories from one of the alphabet networks. I noticed that all three, in talking about the senator’s announcement, had some possibly negative thing to say about him. For example, one station referred to Cruz as “controversial.” Well, he is, but the tone of the news reader subtly portrayed the word as a negative. These channels don’t come out and say they don’t like him. It’s all very subtle, almost offhand. I suppose when the camera isn’t on the news readers, they are pulling their hair out or drowning their sorrows in beer.
