executive privilege and the separation of governmental powers -- is unknownExecutive privilege is not mentioned in the Constitution. Separation of powers is defined in the constitution. I'm sure there are some judicial rulings concerning "executive privilege", but I doubt the ground those rulings are based on are firm.
