OBAMA TO KID INVENTORS: ‘I CAME UP WITH HEALTH CARE’

Monday at the White House science fair, President Barack Obama told a group of kindergartners that while brainstorming he “came up with health care.”
While Obama was complimenting the girls’ science projects and discussing brainstorming, one of the little girls asked the president, “What did you come up with?”
Obama answered, “You know, I came up with things like health care — it turned out OK. It started off with some prototypes.”

Me too. We didn't have a car, and the same doctor who delivered us made house calls to treat us when we were sick. I had a lot of ear infections, and the doctor would come and give me a shot of penicillin in the rear end.

Obama's invention of health care is a Rube Goldberg device with 80 steps that at the end accomplishes nothing. It's a great example for those who want to fail, except that it's not even as entertaining as Goldberg's machines.
