Bureaucrats from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will weigh and measure children in daycare as part of a study mandated by First Lady Michelle Obamas Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act.
The agency published a notice in the Federal Register on Friday proposing data collection on what meals are served in professional and home daycare facilities and how much physical activity children perform.
Aside from assessing how healthy the food in daycare is, the USDA will also check the weight and height of roughly 3,000 children.

“Home daycare”??? What in the health and welfare twist on the commerce clause permits this? The states already regulate these businesses. I suppose we’ll license 14 yo babysitters.
How does she get to spend our money? We need someone in Congress with a set of balls to introduce a bill to monitor vacation and golf expenses.
Totally Kardasshian....
Our cats from the animal shelter have embeded chips.
Is the Mooch’s next step similar?
She can mandate anything she wants on her husband or Her kids,...but on the rest of us? BUZZ OFF Wookye
We’ll only do this if the Queen also weighs - daily - in public.
Is she wearing a bustle?
weigh the herd before....?
I saw that pic the other day. What a horrible dress to wear on a state visit. She looks to be twice the size of the Japanese gentleman.

Gee, its almost as if they consider the students at government schools to be government property.
They do. Government is their god.
Let’s weigh Mooshell’s fat ass first. It is not the government’s business how much our kids weigh...unless they are feeding them, of course.
Just who the hell “mandated” this study? Did Congress authorize the funds for it?
I’d like to see the daycare owners/operators throw these government agents off their property. Just what is the penalty to the owners/operators if they don’t cooperate? What if a parent will not consent to a child being weighed?
Personally, I think daycare providers and/or the parents have legal recourse. And I hope they use it.
YIKES that worst than Godzilla take down King Kong in last movie LOL!
Yep, I noticed those silver heels. A conservatively dressed fashion person she is not.
