I lurk on HP all the time. There might be hope for them.
Here’s a good example ( especially last paragraph):

WE had a worker “ of colour” who was let go because of poor performance . When he screamed that he was being let go because he was black , the foreman said “ no you were hired because you’re black , you fired because you’re useless !”
The truth hurts, I see it all the time in my company. Sub-par and under-achieving minorities getting hired over way more qualified whites and asians.
Some people just don’t like the truth.
“...you were hired because you’re black, you were fired because you’re useless!”
LOLOL!! SSSOOOO True. I’ve met that fired guy many times. No skills, no work ethic, no people skills, complainer, no interest in doing things better, can’t show up on time, chip on the shoulder the size of a stump, snarls and growls.
