The illegal immigrant charged with killing an “America’s Next Top Model” contestant was only in the U.S. because President Obama had granted him amnesty under the 2012 policy for so-called Dreamers, two senators revealed Friday afternoon.
Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez was first arrested on drug charges and was set to go before an immigration judge, but he had his deportation case closed after he was granted amnesty, or “deferred action,” in late 2013, according to documents Sens. Charles E. Grassley and Tom Tillis released.
The young man has now been charged with three counts of murder stemming from the February slaying of three persons, including Mirjana Puhar, who had appeared on the “Top Model” show last year.
“This raises serious concerns about USCIS’s review and approval of other DACA applicants and points to potential vulnerabilities in the system,” the two senates said in a letter demanding more information on the amnesty.

It appears one needs to be a ‘Top Model’ to get congresses attention.
Every politician and voter that has allowed this festering of our nation deserves to roast in hell.
This will only last as long as congresses short attention span, which is not long.
One of the “Dreamers” will have to kill a congressman or one of their family members in order to get any real attention.
I’m glad that someone is FINALLY putting a light on the crime committed by illegals.
The crime here is being perpetrated by US politicians. Illegals are just doing what they do. Do you blame the rattlesnake that bites you, or the person who put it in your house?
But that’s not what will happen Norm. What will happen is they’ll award themselves more raises, more benefits and create more laws directed at taxing and controlling us even more.

First, the murderer should be publicly executed. Then, ten of his enablers, and/or their family members, should be found dead. This should continue as each citizen dies at the hands of these invaders, until their enablers realize that their actions have very personal consequences.

Republicans in Congress have proposed rewriting the law to allow for longer detention of serious criminals, and have called on the Obama administration to use existing powers to deny visas to leaders of countries that refuse to take their citizens back.
But the administration has declined to take those steps.
Those released from custody are generally supposed to be monitored, and Ms. Saldana vowed to stiffen those procedures to try to ensure those that are released are not able to commit new crimes.
The RIGHT WING needs to take matters in hand.
The marxists in DC have now elected to dispatch a LEGION OF ILLEGAL ALIEN MURDERERS, KIDNAPPERS, SEX CRIMINALS, AND DRUNK DRIVERS INTO THE AMERICAN POPULACE.
