How about an unconscious bias about Gubmint employees?
(Okay, maybe not so unconscious...)

"an unproven assessment tool"
There's one on the Internet which tests your response time to a series of photos and statements. A split-second variation in response time to certain questions is taken as proof of racism.
If I recall, an example would be that you are shown a series of pictures of people of different ethnicities, and asked whether they look like Americans. If your response time to a black person is 1/10th of a second longer than your response time to a white person, you are a racist. Or something like that. To me, the explanation might just as well be that some people take longer to evaluate information, or are more careful in evaluating it, and consider various options rather than responding impulsively.

I’m curious as to what these administrators would do if someone claimed they were biased against liberals and thought they were incapable of reasoned thought, hence they were inferior.
Would this be constitutionally protected speech or set you up for mandatory counseling to change your beliefs or possible firing?

Wait a week, send an email saying you probed your unconscious and found nothing. How would they prove you didnt? It's worse than that, you have to take a test.
