Washington TImes ^ | March 20, 2015 | Stephen Dinan

A top U.S. Forest Service executive told his employees to probe their own “unconscious bias” on everything from race and sexuality to the disabled and fat people, asking them to use an unproven assessment tool to explore their feelings.

If it’s higher than 13% it shows institutional bias against other races. Someone needs to look into this... could be racism...

Why are touchy feely emotional liberals always trying to outdo each other with these silly upwardly mobile, critical thinking social experiments? Do they sit around and praise each other for being the most enlightening?

How’s this: Show up for work... shut up... do your job... we pay you.

Why don’t they just talk about their inner feelings and have a giant group man-hug and cry.

Good grief.

Answer: “I’m a man. I can’t explore my feelings so get out of my face.”

”unconcious bias”

New catchphrase the left uses to prove to you that you are racist and you didn’t even know it. No proof needed. Your unconscious bias proves it.

How are they supposed to “probe” something that is “unconscious”? Is the federal government going to pay to send them to a hypnotist?

Race? Content of character is the key.”Sexuality”? XX + XY is normal and moral.Anything else is perversion.”Fat”? Salad bars and exercise is the only legitimate answer.

Hey, no need for old school lobotomies when they can chemically lobotomize you with drugs that mess with your brain chemistry. I envision that sometime in the not-so-distant future, children will be implanted with drug suppositories that can release those over a period of years, just like they do with birth control drugs already. Then they won’t need to worry about little Johnny skipping his daily brain pill.

"Aren’t most federal employees black?"

No, but you have a point. When I was a kid back in the 50s and 60s, a lot of black men - including several prominent football players - had the first name "Roosevelt." I think it was NRO's Jonah Goldberg who pointed out that the shift of blacks from the Republican to the Democratic party did not occur - as popular myth would have it - because of Republican views on race during the civil rights era.

The shift actually began during the Roosevelt era, when the federal government opened up many jobs to blacks at a time when blacks still faced a great deal of discrimination in the private sector. So that began the common black attitude of seeing the federal government as a lifeline, and for most blacks supporting big government. And that's why - to this day - you still seem to see a disproportionate number of blacks in the federal bureaucracy.

The modern notion that blacks fled the Republican Party because of racism is a self-serving myth, both for blacks and for Democrats.

Wait a week, send an email saying you probed your unconscious and found nothing. How would they prove you didn’t?

I’m guessing that if you report the discovery that you are biased against Rat political appointees and their idiot ideas, your career will be short.
