A federal judge sharply scolded a Justice Department attorney at a hearing on President Obama's immigration executive actions, suggesting that the administration misled him on a key part of the program and that he fell for it, "like an idiot."
The testy court hearing was held Thursday in Texas by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen. The judge suggested he could order sanctions against the administration if he finds they indeed misrepresented the facts.

A flustered Hartnett repeatedly apologized to Hanen for any confusion related to how the reprieves and work permits were granted.
"We strive to be as candid as possible. It truly became clear to us there was confusion on this point," she said.

That is what he gets for believing an Obama representative.
She’s in trouble. And another report wrote the Judge as saying the sanctions would likely not be financial because the taxpayer would end up paying. That implies the sanctions could be suspension of law license, disbarment, jail, or other.
And it looks as though Judge Hanen will grant the motion for discovery which can open up the process to even more sanctions to others associated in the contempt.
Liberal speak for, It's not our fault your stupid Judge.
Confusion is not the right word. Outright lying and deception are the correct words. I do not believe anything that anyone in the Bungler administration says about anything. They lie as a matter of course, and it comes natural to them.

I confess to mostly just reading the headlines on this. So much corruption, one gets overloaded and somewhat numbed to it all.

I think Obama is scr.... on this one. And that attorney is/was acting under Holder’s direction so this might blow up bigtime.
From the article, I’m still trying to figure out what a “Hartnett” is. The only clue is that it’s a she, but other than that nothing.
Looks like the halfrican administration is opening up a 2nd Front pissin contest with Fed Judiciary, while continuing the tyranny fest against Congress.
At some soon point, nobama will either fail at one or both endeavors or be crowned King.

At a one-hour hearing in Brownsville, Hanen gave the Justice Department 48 hours to file a motion in response. He said he would then rule promptly on whether to require the government to produce documents concerning applications under Obama’s deferred action program.
