Lesbian infertility is self-inflicted. Why should I have to pay for that?

Exactly right. There's no reason at all to think these women are actually infertile.

Moreover, even if they were infertile, IVF does nothing to treat or cure infertility. The World Health Organization defines infertility as the inability of a sexually active, non-contracepting couple to achieve pregnancy via intercourse in one year.

IVF does nothing to help a couple achieve pregnancy via intercourse. It does not address the underlying problem.
