Corn prices are at or below cost of production. How much cheaper could it get?

Ethanol is made from sugars. There is no mandate that those sugars come from corn of which I am aware.

No mandate to use corn that I’m aware of except the Iowa farmers are addicted that that corn ethanol subsidy which should be stopped. Corn is about the least efficient to use in ethanol production. Sugar based crops are much better and the corn should be used for food.
