Some snitch on temporary duty in his office did this to him. What a scumbag. Guy’s six months short of 20.
Xzins, was it you who noted that this “snitch” had a position that should not have landed him as an aide to a chaplain? The whole thing stinks of a set-up. A “married” gay officer is sent to “aid” a well-respected chaplain just shy of 20 years in the service, doesn’t tell the chaplain he’s a “gay married” man, peppers him with questions about homosexuality, and then reports HIM for “causing troubles” - and the commander buys it hook, line, and sinker. Because saying what you believe to be true when asked directly is offensive and damages unit cohesion. Funny, that hounding somebody with questions over what they believe doesn’t damage unit cohesion...
Sounds like somebody wanted to show the whole world what can happen if you stand with the Bible.
It’s time for the rest of us to show the whole world what happens when you step on all the honest, upright people in your organization...
As somebody else asked, what’s the name of this “commander”? And what’s the name of the gay officer who deliberately set out to make trouble?
And don't think the political lackies of the emperor were trying to avoid this. They were looking for the right opportunity to snap the Chaplain Corps into step.
