Bibi should have his Foreign Minister take SecState Kerry's call. When Kerry asks to speak with the Prime Minister, the FM says Netanyhhu is busy organizing his sock drawer and is unavailable. If Barry calls, tell him (and ValJar) that the sock drawer really needs attention, so the FM will take their call.

Mr. SKerry should take this as a hint. The Lord truly has a wonderful sense of timing and humor! This is sooooo ROTFL!:)
