I’ve never understood the dislike for Camilla. She is very classy, very “royal” yet also seems more normal and down to earth than the rest of them. Just my take.

I’ve never understood the extreme dislike for Camilla either. Maybe it’s because the MSM portrayed Diana as a doll-like saint and Camilla as the evil, unattractive one.

Unfortunately Diana was a sad case. Didn’t she try to push her stepmother down the stairs when she was a teen?

Not a fan of the royals, but I think Charles would have liked to have married Camilla years ago, but he was forced by his family to marry Diana. Diana was good looking and charming, but she was just a kid compared to Charles. Camilla is more his age. While some people might think a May-December romance is cool, most I know of fall apart because these couples really have nothing in common. The Charles-Diana marriage produced those two fine sons, but otherwise, it was a disaster.

Anyway, Charles and Camilla appear to be happy now, so it all worked out. Just too bad they had to wait so long.
