Actor Michael Douglas is speaking out about an ugly confrontation with a jerk who gave his 14-year-old son “his first taste of anti-Semitism.”
The two-time Oscar winner revealed the incident happened last year when he and wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, took their two young children on a family vacation to Europe.
“During our stay at a hotel, our son Dylan went to the swimming pool. A short time later he came running back to the room, upset. A man at the pool had started hurling insults at him,” Douglas wrote in an op-ed piece in Sunday’s Los Angeles Times.
The 71-year-old Douglas said he initially thought his son had misbehaved. Then he realized the teen, who attends Hebrew school and has been studying for his bar mitzvah, was left truly shaken and in tears.
“I stared at him. And suddenly I had an awful realization of what might have caused the man’s outrage: Dylan was wearing a Star of David,” Douglas wrote.

Good grief. I would be willing to bet that every poster here, and probably every honest person in America, could recall some kind of run-in, assault, name calling or other unsavory conflict with a person from another race at one time or another. Big deal. Jerks come in all colors.

He wants it to remain unknown because it was some guy named Abu Al-Jihadi.

So he’s just being a slimeball and using the attacks to smear everyone in Europe. But one thing Mikey won’t admit: it was his gang that agitated for open immigration to Europe. The Jihadis are there because anyone who objected was labeled a racist by guys like him.

But Douglas has been an enthusiastic supporter of the biggest advocate of moslems in America, Obama. So no, I am not going to waste sympathy on a man who would still defend Obama while knowing how bad moslems are acting today.
Yes, and let’s face it, the Douglas family ain’t staying at the Holiday Inn, this must have been a pretty swanky joint.
So, you just have no sympathy for Jewish people being abused, in this case. Hypocrite.

This antisemitism that’s “sweeping across Europe”- From where does it originate? Which particular group of people is most responsible for it’s rise?
How he answers that question will tell you where his head is really located.
Hint: If he says this is all Israel’s fault that location isn’t on his shoulders.

His father Kirk Douglas was Jewish, I don’t know if religiously he was, but he Douglas was not the name he was born with.
