The fraternity chapter banished from the University of Oklahoma and evicted from its house after members were caught on video singing a racist song is seeking some other resolution to this matter and, failing that, may take the university to court, the groups lawyer said Friday.

“Mr. Jones said he believed those students whom he does not represent, and who have publicly apologized actually withdrew before the expulsion.”
How does one get expelled from school after he quit school?
Universities are replete with idiocy and degeneracy. Not sure how this vile ignorance differs from any other class of hate universities so often nurture.
That said, every private operation should have the right to dismiss anyone for any reason notwithstanding contractual obligations. And I’m not seeing how the 1st Amendment guarantees enrollment in the university.
“And Im not seeing how the 1st Amendment guarantees enrollment in the university.”
Spot on.
Black guys sings about niggers and whores and killing cops and are given awards and money.
White guys sings about niggers and are racist.
Got it.
The first amendment only applies to the government...and wedding cakes for gay weddings of course.
I don’t see how it guarantees you a wedding cake but it does apparently.
“Black guys sings about niggers and whores and killing cops and are given awards and money.”
Can you cite any black guys who were students at the University of Oklahoma, and while participating in an OU student organization event, said they want you kill cops?
“I dont see how it guarantees you a wedding cake but it does apparently.”
In the State of Oklahoma, gays are not guaranteed a wedding cake as the baker can refuse service.
And in Oklahoma, no one has a constitutional right to attend OU.
ha! Exactly.
I gotta give you credit. You’re good with this. I ain’t buying it but I could be wrong, lol.
The “gay wedding cake” issue is arguably worse than denial of the 1st Amendment; it’s coercion.
Yep. Ironic, isn’t it?
Ahh now you’re changing the goalposts. Good on you. I think you’re gonna find you ain’t that smart.
Great! But now let’s talk about the REALITY.
You brought up the GAY WEDDING CAKE and bakeries in OK being “allowed” to refuse service.
Can you provide links to this? TIA.
Haha with the OU thing. Clever. Ha not. Some of us are in tune with the University and Greek System. Clearly you have no clue but it’s amusing how hard you’re trying to pretend that you do.
So please expand as I’m thrilled about this thread and your recent post.
I did not bring up the wedding cake, but I do know that Oklahoma has no law banning discrimination against gays.
I did not mention the Greek system in post 9.
No goal posts to move.
We just now know that the students quit OU before being expelled.
A school cannot expel you if you quit.
Now, please explain how one would sue a school that did not expel them, for expelling them?
But the article you posted said they were banished which means they didn’t leave on their own.
Keep circling Oliviaforever. Just make sure you know what you’re talking about and what your links are saying. Because I do.
