Former counsel to vice president Dick Cheney and contributing editor to National Review Shannen Coffin said theres no doubt that, if Hillary Clinton signed the usual exit form claiming she turned over all relevant records to the State Department, she knowingly and willfully violated federal law and could face fines or imprisonment.
On Fox Newss Megyn Kelly on Wednesday, Coffin explained that all State Department employees including the Secretary of State must sign a form OF-109, which declares that he or she has turned over all official records to the State Department as they leave their government position.
But Hillary did not turn over her e-mails, stored on a private home server, until after being asked by the State Department in late 2014.
Theres no doubt, looking at that, that wherever the secretary had those records if she had them in her Chappaqua home, if she had them in her office, if she had them somewhere else shes got to bring all of the records to the table, and turn over any official records at the time of her departure, Coffin said. Not most definitely not two years later.
Kelly asked Coffin if Hillary broke the law if she did, in fact, sign form OF-109 upon leaving the State Department.
If thats the case, theres no question, he said. The form itself says, Hey, before you sign this, understand that you are certifying something that we can prosecute you for. Making a false statement in this context, knowingly and willfully which, I cant imagine anything more knowing and willful than knowing you have 55,000 records sitting in your home if you do that, it is a felony.
You know how to tell if hillary is committing a crime??? Her eyes are open.
I’m sure the search is on to see if anyone can locate this form signed by Hillary.
If she never signed it upon departure from then state departnent, then there’s no smoking gun is there?
Or if this form is mysteriously missing from her files, again, no smoking gun. She will say she doesn’t recall signing the firm if nobody can locate it.
That is a non sequitur.
Since when does Hillary sign anything?
Forms are for the little people.
she will take those felony charges with her to her coffin. She will never serve time. She is absolutely above the law.
Is she also not in violation of federal law if she DIDN’T sign the form?
Those were filed in the cross-cut filing cabinet....
Prediction: “Hillary, did you sign the OF-109 Form when you were leaving your job at the State Department”...to which Hillary will reply “I don’t recall”.
2nd prediction: The State Department will say they are “unable to locate” the OF-109 Form.
Prediction: Hillary, did you sign the OF-109 Form when you were leaving your job at the State Department...to which Hillary will reply I dont recall.
Yep, the cunning witch will plead ignorance.
” she knowingly and willfully violated federal law”
And.... what difference does it make?
The only possible way that she will be in jeopardy is if this is a hit coming straight from Obama and Holder. Only Democrat knives are a danger to her.
Because the Gutless Old Party will award her a medal and nominate her for the Supreme Court before they will even say harsh things about her.
As always, it all depends on how you define “all”.
Would love to see her attired in a black and white striped prison pant suit.
Felonies mean absolutely nothing to these people.
They could shoot up a daycare center in broad daylight and nothing would happen to them.
Just like her law billing records mysteriously appeared at he White House.
This stuff happens frequently at the Clinton household.
- OR - She will be fully pardoned by 0bama before she sets foot into any facility of incarceration.
Hillary will Pardon herself 20Jan17
Is CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS asking if she signed this form or are they again going to cover for her?
