Former counsel to vice president Dick Cheney and contributing editor to National Review Shannen Coffin said theres no doubt that, if Hillary Clinton signed the usual exit form claiming she turned over all relevant records to the State Department, she knowingly and willfully violated federal law and could face fines or imprisonment.
On Fox Newss Megyn Kelly on Wednesday, Coffin explained that all State Department employees including the Secretary of State must sign a form OF-109, which declares that he or she has turned over all official records to the State Department as they leave their government position.
But Hillary did not turn over her e-mails, stored on a private home server, until after being asked by the State Department in late 2014.
Theres no doubt, looking at that, that wherever the secretary had those records if she had them in her Chappaqua home, if she had them in her office, if she had them somewhere else shes got to bring all of the records to the table, and turn over any official records at the time of her departure, Coffin said. Not most definitely not two years later.
Kelly asked Coffin if Hillary broke the law if she did, in fact, sign form OF-109 upon leaving the State Department.
If thats the case, theres no question, he said. The form itself says, Hey, before you sign this, understand that you are certifying something that we can prosecute you for. Making a false statement in this context, knowingly and willfully which, I cant imagine anything more knowing and willful than knowing you have 55,000 records sitting in your home if you do that, it is a felony.
Let the parsing begin.
Horns
She will never be prosecuted.
The Clintons have long been above the law.
Besides, my e-mail is my business and people don’t care about that stuff.
And for Hillary - what’s a little felony to stand in the way of her presidential dream?
She can’t backtrack and say she didn’t know she had them. She’s already admitted she had them. Now come’s the Clinton word parsing. She thought all those other emails were not official as the statement says.
Jen Psaki already confirmed that.
We can’t find it.
[Let the parsing begin.]
No one better at it than a Clinton.
Bingo. I'd bet a paycheck she hasn't signed her name to any such thing, or for that matter, anything else she didn't absolutely have to.
With the onset Alzheimer’s Hillary may have to reconsider her run at the presidency.
Here’s the State Dept form (OF-109)-

Read and weep, Hillary!
Trust me. Hillary signed nothing of the sort.
Do we believe this mafia mayflower would ever sign anything that pledged anything that followed with, ...”at risk of perjury or federal offense.”
Not a chance. Her sig will be found nowhere near such a document, let alone on it.
I don't expect that form will appear, more any more emails from Hillary. Those docs can only do harm.
They are her RODEO CLOWNS!!
Huma: “Hillary, the State Department wants you to sign this form before you leave.”
Hillary: “Bwahahahaha!”
Huma: “Hillary... [snort... chuckle....] c’mon, this is serious...”
Hillary: “Bwahahahaha!”
Huma: “Bwahahahaha!”
Thanks for showing me the form.
