State Department documents are calling into question Hillary Clinton’s claim that she “fully complied with every rule [she] was governed by.”
Clinton is under fire for using a personal email account and a private server during her tenure at the State Department. Her staff has turned over 55,000 government-related emails to the State Department, but her staff also deleted tens of thousands of emails deemed “personal.”
“The Kelly File” learned tonight that every employee leaving the State Department must sign an OF-109 form. The document requires every employee to certify that s/he has “surrendered to responsible officials all unclassified documents and papers relating to the official business of the Government acquired by [the employee] while in the employ of the Department or USIA.”
“The Kelly File” has reached out to the State Department to find out whether or not Clinton signed the OF-109 form, but has not yet heard back.

Note the reference in the article to Form OF-109. You will be hearing a lot about this form that Hillary was required to sign when leaving the State Department. Did she sign it? Who knows?

I am fighting turning over items that I consider to be irrelevant.
