Soooo.....explain to me exactly why we are spending time and money negoiating a plan which is not legally binding?

it provides jobs for political hacks otherwise worthless, on both sides

Very simple. Iran is cleaning up the mess that Obama and the Progresso’s caused in Iraq. The horrible absolute catastrophe called ISIS. So in exchange for that, Iran is going to be given time to develop its nuclear capability. So it is not meant to be a legal agreement. Just a cover smoke screen for Iran.
