As Secretary of State, she:
A. Generates a large number of classified and confidential messages, simply by virtue of topic; therefore, intentionally setting up one to host government messages is a crime
B. If you work for the government or defense contractor, they tell you NOT to use it for personal business because:
* it adds to the risk you’ll click on a phishing link sent as a personal message
* distributes the email address to many who don’t have a need to know
* generates the risk you’ll send a classified message to a personal correspondent
This is why saying she used the server for both personal and professional is so dangerous. She’s violating many government regulations if she used a government email account for personal things like planning her daughter’s wedding, and she’s violating the law for using her personal email for top secret messages - which could consist as much as Commander X will be at Y on Tuesday or unit L is moving near Syria next month.
No kidding! Anyone who has had even a low level security clearance knows these are just basic, basic rules of security. I cant BELIEVE she was so cavalier about communicating on a non secure internet line. (Actually I can believe it but it just sickens me).
Agree with your analysis.
Shrillary has committed a ‘high crime and misdemeanor’, and thus is NOT qualified for POTUS.
