If I’m not mistaken you can declare illegals as a threat to national security and take the courts out of the picture.

When caught they wouldn’t get to go before the court at taxpayers expense, courts don’t have a say over national security.

Send them back home with the clothes on their backs and the govt keeps everything they own.

Watch how many self deport.
