Some Oklahoma University students in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity were videorecorded singing (as best I and others can tell),
There will never be a n***** at SAE There will never be a n***** at SAE You can hang him from a tree But hell never sign with me There will never be a n***** at SAE
[Edited from source]
Oklahoma University president David Boren said, If Im allowed to, these students will face suspension or expulsion. But he is not, I think, allowed to do that.

Just curious, why is it acceptable for a Black rapper to use the N word as well as shout about raping women and harming police, yet a White uses the N word and they close down a frat and threaten to expel them.
What is Freedom of Speech anyway?
The cute tag line on the news about fraternity members having to move without any help from university housing, that they don’t help bigots, is also something they can’t do. Personally, I think most of the fraternity has some good lawsuits to file.
Freedom of speech is whatever you are willing to stand up for. Most aren’t willing to stand up for their freedoms. Freedom from speech is becoming the new norm (unless you are a false flag operation to embarrass conservatives.)
Lawsuits based on what?
Napkin? Nissan? Narwal?
David Boren was a Democratic politician before he became president of the university. I will be surprised if he doesn’t try to expel the students. It could lead to a lawsuit but he might figure that the students in question wouldn’t sue to get readmitted and instead would go somewhere else. After all, one of the football team’s recruits has changed his mind about attending OU. That’s more significant to OU than upholding the right of white students to say offensive things.

It bacame OK to say anything on campus in public.
The news is reporting that 2 students have now been expelled not for speech, but for creating a “hostile learning environment” for others.
Glad you asked that question. As an authority, I can safely say that those blacks using the ‘N’ word are special people and not subservient to the rules and morays of everyday common people.
noggin
Our culture apparently considers whites to be more civilized and holds them to a higher standard.
And all that that implies.
They cannot expel the students. The fraternity, however, is a for profit business operating at the will of the University. It can be thrown off campus.
Kinda like nailing people, after being found not guilty of a particular crime against someone else, for “violating their civil rights.”
Well, they just did.
Megyn Kelly made a complete fool of herself in regards to this last night on her show.
Incorrect.
The “racist” bludgeon will be used, and regardless of any prior written rules or rulings,
“racism” will be deemed worse than ANY other crime,
and the student will be expelled.
A law suit is a brewin’.
Fixed it.
