So does he read what his aides write? Or do they get to put whatever they want in email to his constituents?

I don't know why he's lying, but he is lying. He's not under oath, so he figures he can get away with the lie. He and McCain have been part of the cover-up of many of the illegal acts by the Clintons and Obama. They must be more involved than I ever realized.

I'm disgusted with Trey Gowdy for not issuing the subpoena back in August to protect anything that was accidentally left on Hillary's email server. I'm sure it's wiped clean by now.
