Why don't you support Ted Cruz then? We know for an absolutely certainty Cruz will end the ethanol mandate. And Cruz is definitely Conservative, as opposed to Jeb.
Also, since Jeb has already said he would end the mandate, too, Walker's insistence in supporting it would alienate millions of Conservative voters who want it ended.
