He never mentions the gangsta rap culture, that would offend too many democrats. If someone is going to shoot you the odds are really good he’ll be a rapper.
Wouldn't matter if he did. Since it has become mainstream -with probably more consumption by young white males- it's easy to dismiss it it as a cause.
