Wow. You REALLY didn't get my point. This IS free speech. It's NOT a 1A issue.
Let me put this in perspective and ask you a simple question:
You own a company. You plan a company picnic. All your employees get on a bus that you've rented for them and you are all on your way to the picnic. On the way, your employees break out into the chants that these frat guys were yelling. Someone posts this on YouTube and it goes viral. Do you fire them? It's a Yes or No question.

For doing something while associated with me which negatively impacts my business.
Now here's another scenario: somebody wearing your company shirt makes statements against gay marriage, it gets on youtube and goes viral, and your business suffers as a result. Will you be happy with him?
