Upon learning that Hillary Clinton used a private email account to conduct all official business during her tenure as secretary of state, CNNs Dan Merica remarked, GOP aides on the Benghazi committee have long said they were going to find something others hadnt. And they did. The New York Times broke the news, though its own report reveals the story was essentially gift-wrapped: The existence of Mrs. Clintons personal email account was discovered by a House committee investigating the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi.

Clintons suspicious email habits are in direct violation of Obama administration directives and perhaps a number of federal laws. News organizations and watchdog groups are contemplating suing the State Department for dodging their Freedom of Information Act requests. Naturally, theres plenty of chatter about how this affects Clintons presidential ambitions. But the email scandal also can and should breathe new life into the Benghazi investigation.
The media have tried to say from the start that Republican partisanship has driven questions about the Obama administrations conduct surrounding the September 11, 2012, attack in Libya that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. Their attempts to dismiss Benghazi as a scandal didnt stop even when the House Intelligence Committee released its report last November confirming that the murders were part of a planned terror attack, exploding the myth perpetuated by the administration and an influential New York Times report that found no evidence that al Qaeda or other international terrorist groups had any role in the assault.
The media downplayed the key revelationwhich suggests there was a political coverupand spun the report as debunking a series of persistent allegations hinting at dark conspiracies, in the words of the Associated Press. (The AP, ironically, is now complaining the State Department has failed to turn over government documents covering Hillary Rodham Clintons tenure as secretary of state for years.)
There are certainly questions to be raised about the competence and tenor of the GOP-led investigations, but the claim that its clear there was nothing for Republicans to investigate is now impossible to make. With investigators unable to examine Clintons emails, any Benghazi inquiry to date is obviously incomplete.
In this regard, theres another shocking disclosure in the New York Times report: It was only two months ago, in response to a new State Department effort to comply with federal record-keeping practices, that Mrs. Clintons advisers reviewed tens of thousands of pages of her personal emails and decided which ones to turn over to the State Department.
In other words, Clinton was allowed to decide which emails she would turn over. Congressional investigators were given, last month, copies of just 300 of the 50,000 emails she provided to State. It seems very unlikely any of those emails happens to provide evidence of incriminating behaviorassuming any incriminating emails still exist.
Given Hillary Clintons legal troubles in the 1990s Whitewater investigation over record-keeping for her work at the Rose Law Firm, its utterly implausible she was unaware she might be doing something wrong. ABC News footage from 2000 has her on camera saying, As much as Ive been investigated and all of that . . . why would I ever want to do email? Weve subsequently learned that Clintons email account was hosted on a server in her house, set up a few weeks before she was sworn in as secretary of state.
That the State Department was only recently given any of her emails casts even more doubt on the departments internal investigation into Benghazi. In her recent book Hard Choices, Clinton makes the conclusions of the State Departments Accountability Review Board (ARB) central to her defense of how she handled events. However, its not clear the ARB had access to her emails.
As The Weekly Standards Stephen Hayes has reported in detail, the ARB was laughable in terms of transparency and accountability. Clinton associates were given advance copies of the findings. Interviews conducted were not recorded in any fashion. In at least one case, the language of the report was softened at the behest of Clinton advisers. Hillary and her key aides were never interviewed.
The need for a thorough accounting of the events of September 11, 2012, is greater than ever. Four Americans are dead. Two and a half years and several stonewalled investigations later, we still dont know basic facts that would help explain how it happened. We can, however, say for certain that Hillary Clinton has deliberately and brazenly erected roadblocks that have so far prevented us from learning the truth.
Bengauzi may be the least of her problems. Look what just popped up on FB

And then there’s the book coming out in early May giving at least 12 problems in the Clinton finances
No wonder she hasn’t declared yet!
This may become a pull up a chair, pop some popcorn and enjoy the show type of thing!
ShowS. We don’t want anything to happen too soon or O will pardon them just like WJC Pardoned Rich and his other buddies.
Yes, this story may have “LEGS”! I don’t mean “KANKLES”!

Depends on how you see it. I think I'd rather be charged with murder than treason. At any rate, these e-mails are substantially strengthening the treason charge.
No doubt.
Blow-by-Blow: How Obama & Hillary Left Americans to Die"Nordstrom further testified in writing that Hillary Clinton waived security requirements for the Benghazi consulate despite high and critical threat levels in the six categories of security standards established under the Overseas Security Policy Board and the Secure Embassy Construction and Counterterrorism Act of 1999. The waiver can only be authorized by the Secretary of State, who cannot delegate that responsibility to someone else. If the Secretary of State did not waive these requirements, who did so by ordering occupancy of the facilities in Benghazi and Tripoli? Nordstrom wrote."
Hmm, I think I am most interested in the Accountability Review Board.
I had forgotten she investigated her role in Benghazi-gate, herself.
That Board needs to be asked if their “thorough” investigation included access to these concealed emails stuck in her house behind her bath robes.
It will all come down to who is the next President.
Great graphic. Very damming.

I have no idea what that means. Where is pancake rabbit.
Why? It’s just a rope a dope.
For instance, if the media like FoxNews tv hosts Hannity, O'Reilly, Megan Kelly, and Greta had put as much time and effort in questioning and pressuring candidate Obama to release his birth hospital records, his Social Security card, his Selective Service application, and his Occidental College and Columbia records as they have in questioning Hillary about her email scandal, I believe that Obama would have ended up lying about his background under all that pressure, and, as a result, he would not have been elected president, because the American voters would have quickly come to realize what a liar candidate Obama really was.
Way to go Hannity, O'Reilly, Greta, and Kelly. Your incompetence and cowardice in refusing to put continuous pressure on candidate Obama to reveal details about his past were key reasons why Obama was elected president not once but TWICE.
Let's look at how Hannity handled his botched investigation of candidate Obama's background. I watch Hannity. I don't always agree with what he has to say, but I find his show interesting.
1. Hannity Townhall meetings: Hannity has these so-called townhall meetings. most of them are alright, but sometimes he holds townhall meetings on strange topics. For instance, one townhall meeting I found strange was the one about Spring Break problems in Florida.
2. Trips to other parts of the United States and to Israel: He went to Texas to see the illegal immigration problem first hand at the border. He also went to Israel to see the secret Arab tunnels for himself.
3. My point is this: If Hannity can go to Texas and to Israel to investigate important stories, then why couldn't he go to Hawaii---where Obama was supposedly born and spent most of his childhood----in search of the real Obama if, as Hannity claims, he was serious about keeping Obama out of the presidency?
4. Think about this: Hannity has NEVER gone to Hawaii and held townhall meetings to find out what people in Hawaii, especially Obama' s Hawaiian friends, could tell him about the real Obama as he grew up in Hawaii. Why won't Hannity go to Hawaii if he really wants to expose Obama as a liar? I don't understand.
5. For instance, Hannity could ask Obama's Hawaiian friends at the townhall meetings if they saw Obama in Hawaii during the summer of 1980 after his freshman year at Occidental. Why should Hannity ask Obama's friends such a question? The reason is this: That was the summer Obama supposedly signed his Selective Service form in Hawaii. However, if none of his friends recalls seeing Obama in Hawaii that summer, it means that Obama was not the one who signed the Selective Service form in Hawaii in July 1980, because Obama must have been in California the entire summer.
6. Also, Hannity could ask Obama's friends if Obama ever presented himself as a foreign student, or if Obama ever went by the name of Soetoro, the name of his Indonesian stepfather.
7. And he could take us on a tour of Obama's supposedly birth hospital and maybe look in Obama's mother hospital room. He could show us the apartment where Obama lived and the schools that Obama attended.
Again. Shame on you Foxnews tv people Hannity, O'Reilly, Greta, and Kelly. If you had made the same special effort in researching candidate Obama's lies about his background as you have put in researching Hillary's present email scandal, Obama might not be president today.
