Emails obtained through a federal lawsuit show that two top aides to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were running interference internally during the 2012 Benghazi terror attack.
The aides were Philippe Reines, widely described as Clinton’s principal gate-keeper, and Cheryl Mills, who has been at Clinton's side for decades.
The emails show that while receiving updates about the assault as it happened, Mills told then-State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland to stop answering reporter questions about the status of Ambassador Chris Stevens, who was missing and later found dead.

It seems to me HRC may have been intoxicated since the events were happening on a Friday during happy hour. Hence, her majesty , HRC would have been incapable of any coherent decision making while blowing a 2.0 on the breathalyzer.
We need sober politicians. There is no happy hour in this dangerous world.
Check her liver enzymes. If elevated and the ALT is lower than the AST she is an alcoholic.
Release the medical records. What is her BMI? Brain to mass index.

she was also the top State Dept aide who instructed “minders” follow around the Congressmen who went to Benghazi (Jason Chaffetz for one). She also instructed State Dept people to not talk to the Congressmen.
